TEA  soothing cough

 

Cough-relieving tea

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 2 lemons,

  • 1 orange,

  • approx. 5 cm of fresh ginger root,

  • a glass of organic honey,

  • 1 tablespoon of dried turmeric or approx. 4 cm fresh,

  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

  • a bowl to mix everyone  ingredients,

  • glass jar to hold  in a refrigerator.

 

Fresh turmeric gives the tea a taste and aroma similar to that of blackcurrant.

 

 

A METHOD OF PREPARING:

 

  1. Slice the lemons and oranges into thin half-slices and put them in a bowl.

  2. Peel the ginger, cut it into small pieces and crush it in a mortar, then add it to the citrus.

  3. Add turmeric, cinnamon, honey and mix everything.

  4. Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate.

 

To make tea:

 

1. Take one tablespoon of the mixture and put it into a glass.

2. Pour warm water (max. 40 degrees C) so as not to destroy the nutritional value     fruit and honey.

3. Mix.
