Chocolate Fondue

His tasks include stimulating the secretion of happiness hormones - endorphins, as well as enhancing the action of dopamine responsible for the sensation of pleasure in sex. That is why some researchers suggest her action as an aphrodisiac ( 1. ) Chocolate affects the production of happiness hormones, thanks to which it has anti-depressant properties. Additionally, because of the content of psychoactive substances, chocolate has a stimulating effect. Love action chocolates have varieties containing a large dose of cocoa liquor, because it is there that all the above-mentioned ingredients are hidden. It has the most precious values in dark and dessert varieties of chocolate, the main element of which is cocoa mass. In the case of desserts, it is about a half of the plate, while in bitter, its content reaches up to 90 percent. Chocolate with such a low sugar content may not necessarily be a romantic snack, but if you get wet in dark chocolate sweet fruit that you like, the dessert will be tasty and the effect is guaranteed. You can also combine bitter milk chocolate so it will be sweeter.
A good one Chocolate fondue can be an idea for a Valentine's Day dessert. You can use your favorite seasonal fruit or for this strawberries - if in mid-February you will find them tasty and sweet.

CHOCOLATE FONDUE
INGREDIENTS:
Chocolate sauce:
200 g of dark chocolate,
300 g milk chocolate,
1 cup (approx . 200 ml)) sweet cream 30%,
fruit at discretion:
bananas
strawberries,
grapes
fresh pineapple,
kiwi,
tangerines,
optional:
2 tablespoons of rum.
pistachio nuts, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts - according to your preferences.
A METHOD OF PREPARING:
Pour in the cream into the pot.
Add crushed bitter and milk chocolate and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
Wash strawberries and grapes and dry on a paper towel. Kiwi and peel the bananas from the peel and cut into rings. Peel the pineapple with the peel and cut into a cube of approx. 2 x 2 cm.
You can put the fruit on a plate so that everyone can fill it with a fondue fork and immerse it in the fondue dish. or place a bowl of melted chocolate next to the fruit for each. You can also prepare the fruit in advance, which you will dip in the chocolate and leave the brown glaze to set.
Sprinkle pistachio nuts, hazelnuts and grains separately onto the baking tray and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C, to roast them and blush thanks to this they will crunchy (you can also do roasting in a dry frying pan). After being pulled out cool down from the oven and each of the ingredients separately mix it in a mortar or with a sharp knife on a board.
Pour the melted chocolate into the fondue dish / cups.
Pour crushed grains, pistachios and hazelnuts into smaller bowls.
First, dip the fruit in chocolate and then in the sprinkles.
