According to medicine  natural  the skin is an organ that helps detoxify the body of various toxins. Therefore, when the internal organs of the kidneys do  the liver, it does not work properly or the body is constantly poisoned by e.g. allergens - the toxins are often removed  just on the surface of the body, i.e. the skin in the form of eczema, pimples  or other skin changes that indicate "poisoning" of the body.
 
Our face can reveal information about the state of the organism ( 1 ). A sleepless night, poor diet, stimulants, worries ... It can also show more serious diseases or allergies. Below is a short cheat sheet, which in the condition of our face may indicate an allergy to alcohol, gluten, milk and sugar. Of course, you should check with appropriate tests whether you have allergies  for the following products or our face reveals other health problems  e.g. disorders  hormonal. 

1. Wine

Common symptoms for people who are intolerant to alcohol or drink it in large amounts:

  • clear wrinkles between the eyebrows,

  • enlarged pores,

  • dehydrated skin,

  • red cheeks (often with visible, broken blood vessels);

  • strong lines under the nose.

 

2. Gluten

Common symptoms seen on the face  for people who are gluten intolerant:

  • swollen and red cheeks;

  • acne and discoloration on the chin.

 

Additional symptoms:

  • any eczema and psoriasis can also  be a signal of intolerance  gluten;

  • flatulence and abdominal pain.

 

Additionally:

  • digestive disorders (frequent winds, gas, nausea, abdominal pain, cramps, constipation, diarrhea, or alternating irritable bowel syndrome);

  • headaches or migraines;

  • chronic irritability and sudden mood changes;

  • neurological problems (dizziness, neuralgia, weakness, tingling or numbness in the limbs);

  • fatigue, chronic or almost after every meal.  

 

It is estimated that 15% of people are gluten sensitive. It is gluten that is the most common cause of facial swelling and inflammatory processes. Unfortunately, it is difficult to do blood tests because it is usually intolerance, and it is difficult to confirm or exclude it in a laboratory. 

3. Milk

Common symptoms of lactose intolerance  or the proteins found in dairy products are:

  • swelling of the eyelids;

  • dark circles under the eyes and dark circles around the eyes;

  • pustules, especially around the chin and jawline;

  • the so-called torn ears - blemishes on the earlobes;

  • changes on the oral mucosa (cracked lips, chews);

 

In the case of milk, we may not tolerate the protein found in milk:

  • lactoglobulin - to avoid  for allergies to this protein, goat's milk should be consumed;

  • beta-lactoglobulin (BLG) -  (80% allergic)   Also present in beef and veal. It is not found in human milk;

  • lactalbumin (ALA) - (approx. 50% allergic)  boiling milk  helps to neutralize it, so people are allergic  for this protein he can drink  boiled milk and its products;

  • glycoprotein - present in milk, cream and butter;

  • casein - occurs in cow's and goat's milk and in their products;

 

Additional symptoms of protein intolerance:

  • flatulence;

  • diarrhea;

  • hives;

  • irritability;

  • chronic fatigue;

  • migraine headaches;

  • sweating after consuming milk.

 

Before you decide  eliminate dairy products from your diet, consult with us  with your doctor and remember that in place of dairy products you must introduce products that will provide min. calcium and vitamins. 

4. Sugar

Although deliciously sweet, it is also very unhealthy for our skin. Sugar contains molecules that bind to collagen in our skin, causing loss of elasticity and firmness - this accelerates the aging process  skin. 

Rather, the body's response to sugar is what might be called ringworm development and acidification  and zaflegmienie  body than an allergy. A weakened body is a tired body and this is best seen on the face if someone eats too much sugar:

 

Common symptoms are :

  • forehead wrinkles and lines,

  • dry and tight skin,

  • dry skin  and wrinkles under the eyes.

  • sugar increases  the acidity of the stomach contents, and more acid in the stomach leads to the digestion of the gastric mucosa. This can lead to chronic gastroenteritis, inflammation of the mucosa, stomach and duodenum. And as a last resort to disease  ulcerative.

  • sugar destroys the mucosa of the digestive system  by promoting the excessive growth of yeasts and fungi, which may eventually lead to the development of food allergies;

  • excess sugar makes the skin itchy .
