If you are allergic to dairy products, or for ideological reasons you avoid animal milk, try making homemade almond milk at home. It is delicious, healthy and full of nutrients, what's more, ground almonds are not allergenic like nuts because they are not nuts but tubers. Ground almonds come from ancient Egypt, they have sweet, almond-coconut aftertaste and are classified as "Superfoods". Superfoods are products that contain necessary vitamins, minerals, valuable to maintain health and beauty fats, antioxidants and proteins. These products help to overcome fatigue in a natural way and angry mood, and if we use them in our daily diet, our body will be properly nourished and resistant to diseases.

INGREDIENTS:
200 g of ground almonds;
0.5 l of boiled or mineral water - hot;
a vessel for almonds and 0.5l of water;
blender.
PROCEDURE:
Rinse the almonds.
Place the rinsed almonds in the dish, pour hot water (0.5l) and leave overnight.
On the second day, blend everything thoroughly. If it is too thick, add water.
Pass through a fine sieve.
