We can calm our emotions in different ways. One of them is aromatherapy, then why not take advantage and not prepare yourself a calming perfume that will give us courage and calm our nerves?
You don't have to make a huge bottle of perfume, just a small amount, which you will use for an exam or a job interview. If it works, next time you will do it again.
Oil of grapefruit - improves mood and well-being. It removes fatigue and energizes. It helps in concentration. Eagerly used in the perfume industry.

Bergamot oil - has a citrus scent (the one that it is felt in Earl-Gray tea ). IN aromatherapy applied is by tension nervous, stress, depression and apathy. There is calming and supports concentration.
Lavender Oil In Lavender aromatherapy has been used as a relaxing essence and restores the balance of the body, spirit and emotions. It helps you fall asleep, soothes muscle pain, supports the immune system. It enhances inner peace.

INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon of vodka,
8 drops of grapefruit essential oil
5 drops of basil oil,
5 drops of bergamot oil,
2 drops of lavender essential oil.
A METHOD OF PREPARING:
Pour them all in ingredients for a small glass bottle.
Set aside for 12-24 hours.
