Honey and cinnamon are a duo that can work wonders. Both of these ingredients are bactericidal, so when you combine them, the power will be twice as high.

Honey is one of the best natural antibiotics. The enzymes contained in it inhibit the growth of many strains of bacteria, which creates unusual opportunities for the treatment of acne and infections associated with scars, wounds and abrasions. Applying honey directly to the blemishes helps faster  treatment and reduces the risk  the appearance of scars.

Lemon contains alpha hydroxyl acids having  healing properties,  all types of scars. Lemon is useful for removing dead skin cells, making skin more supple, and stimulating the growth of new skin cells. Vitamin C contained in lemon can help regenerate and heal damaged skin. Lemons are helpful for fading scars due to their whitening properties.

If you are struggling with oily skin and blemishes, or individual pustules that you want to get rid of quickly, try this mixture.

REMEMBER!

The honey MUST BE real, not artificial. Only real honey has the enzymes that help  fight bacteria and supports the care of our skin. Choose honey from organic crops, e.g. look for honey stands in Bio Bazaars, with apiaries  with the corresponding  licenses that guarantee high-quality honey.
