During the natural aging process, our skin goes through 3 main ones  changes:

 

1. skin cells divide more slowly, causing the inner cells to break down  layer  the skin becomes thinner;

2. the innermost layer of the skin relaxes, which affects every other layer;

3. The sebaceous glands contract, which reduces  protection and makes the skin dry.

 

This aging process may appear prematurely caused  excessive  exposure  to sunlight. UV rays damage  collagen,  when the body  rebuilds  fibers  collagen  releases free radicals, which additionally damages  cells. That is why it is so important in maintaining the youthful appearance of the skin  as long as possible is important  regular use  filters  when we go out in the sun and eat foods rich in antioxidants. 

Other causes of premature wrinkles include environmental toxins, especially cigarette smoke. Healthy diet,   exercise, no smoking, and a healthy lifestyle  are some of the best things you can do for your skin (and your whole body!).

 

This homemade eye cream contains only  3 ingredients  is: vitamin E ,  essential oil  thyme and coconut oil .

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that fantastically helps fight free radicals and helps rebuild  skin damage. Coconut oil works well  moisturizes  skin and hair (!) works as well  anti-inflammatory.  Thyme oil is an antioxidant, which means that it fights against the signs of the passage of time and the loss of skin firmness. Essential oils are very concentrated, so always make sure they are not out of date.  Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes and always do a test on a piece of skin before use to see if you are allergic to it.

INGREDIENTS :

 

  • 2 pcs. Vitamins  E (squeezed from the capsule);

  • 2 drops of thyme essential oil;

  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.

 

A METHOD OF PREPARING:

 

  1. Combine all 3 ingredients.  

  2. Massage the skin  under the eyes, avoiding contact with the eyes.

  3. Wipe off any excess with a cotton ball or paper towel.

  4. Follow  every day 1-2 hours before going to bed.
