Garlic lemonade
Garlic is brilliant an ally in the fight against infections. Especially in autumn and winter, when viruses and bacteria attack us and we often get flu or colds.
Let's face it, garlic has an intense flavor and smell, so not everyone likes it therefore one of the methods deception palate is hiding him in lemonade.
You can, of course, eat old-style garlic on dark bread with butter and salt. Sweet, exactly chopped garlic clove with a spoon of honey or prepare lemonade.
Garlic lemonade
INGREDIENTS:
1 liter of boiling water;
2 crushed cloves of Polish garlic,
1 lemon juice,
honey to taste (real honey, preferably bought in a proven place) buckwheat or linden, raspberry or honeydew - these honeys are best suited for colds and respiratory infections.
PROCEDURE:
Pour the garlic with boiling water, cover and leave to cool so that the water with garlic is not warmer than 40 degrees C
Add honey and lemon. If you dissolve honey at a temperature higher than 40 degrees C, it loses its nutritional value and becomes an ordinary sweetener.
