Blackberry margarita

Red Margarita cocktail with mint and lim

 

Summer is the time when we can enjoy the flavors that nature offers us.   It's also a time when you're out and about  we meet with friends in the air.  We do barbecue or campfire parties. 

On hot days or evenings, Mexican margaritas are perfect, delicious and refreshing, especially in fruity versions.  

Blackberry Margarita is delicious, so tasty, you probably won't end up with one.  Be careful, this drink is also quite tricky and strong. 

Blackberry margarita

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 23  ml of Chambord liqueur,

  • 45 ml Tequila (preferably Silver),

  • 23 ml of pomegranate juice (preferably squeeze fresh),

  • 15 ml of freshly squeezed lime juice,

  • a few ice cubes.

OPTIONAL:

  • Blackberry/  raspberry for decoration  or a slice of lime,

  • sugar to decorate the rims of the glass.  

PREPARATION  COCKTAIL:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and  mix.

  2. Drain by pouring into a margarita glass.

  3. If you want, you can decorate with fruit  raspberries  or blackberries by tossing them into the glass.

If you want to decorate the rims of the glass with sugar, prepare two saucers with a diameter larger than the diameter of the glass. Pour a little into one  water - enough to wet the rim of the glass. Pour sugar into the second one. Wet the rim of the glass and put it in the sugar. In a saucer with sugar  twist the glass to make sugar  stuck well. Set aside to dry

Mussels for centuries  are considered to be  aphrodisiacs. All thanks to the minerals they contain - zinc and selenium
