Champagne

with Chambord liqueur

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 30 ml of Chambord liqueur,

  • okay.  180 ml of champagne or wine  sparkling.

OPTIONAL:

  • 3  raspberries or blackberries.  

PREPARATION  COCKTAIL:

  1. Pour 30 ml of liqueur into an oblong sparkling wine glass. 

  2. Top up slowly with wine  sparkling. The wine bubbles alone  mix the liqueur with the champagne.

  3. If you want, you can decorate with fruit  raspberries  or blackberries by tossing them into the glass.

If you are planning a larger number  people whom  you want  to serve with the above drink, pour the liqueur into the glasses beforehand, and for a while  before serving  you will complete  them with sparkling wine.
