Antibiotic - a natural homemade recipe
Antibiotics produced by pharmacological companies are today abused. Doctors prescribe them many times without checking whether the patient is sick with bacteria or virus, which makes a big difference in the choice of treatment. As a result, pharmacy pharmaceuticals cease to be effective. Every now and then we hear reports that bacteria attacking human organisms have become resistant to our weapon - antibiotics, which have been working for years.
It is worth going back to the roots and checking how we can fight bacteria using plants that have been known for years.
Horseradish - horseradish contains antibacterial substances thanks to which it works on the body as strongly as synthetic antibiotics. IN In folk medicine, horseradish was used for healing colds and other upper respiratory tract infections.
Ginger - it is rich in anti-inflammatory and analgesic substances. It is included in some ointments and warming patches.
Garlic - Garlic is very effective in preventing and combating viral infections of the respiratory system. This is thanks to volatile unions sulfur and oils ethereal.
Cloves - they are antiseptic and analgesic. Cloves will soften sore throat, cough and clear the stuffy nose.
Cinnamon - has bactericidal and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps to keep in shape during periods of severe colds. It also limits the growth and reproduction of yeasts, such as the Candida fungus that exhausts many people, which weaken our body, making us more susceptible for various diseases.
Lemon - polyphenols contained in lemon (resveratrol, hesperitin, rutin, quercetin) and vitamin C (53 mg / 100 g) support immune system and soothe course of infection.
Home antibiotic
INGREDIENTS:
150 g of horseradish
4 lemons
3-4 cm of ginger,
5 cloves of garlic,
5-10 cloves;
1/2 bark (1 teaspoon) of cinnamon to warm up;
and a combination ingredient, e.g. linseed / coconut / avocado / hemp oil.
PROCEDURE:
Peel the horseradish, turmeric, ginger and garlic.
Squeeze the juice out of the lemons.
If you are using cinnamon in the bark, grind it.
Blend all ingredients to a homogeneous consistency.
Store it in a closed container in a refrigerator (up to several days).
