10 ways to  scar reduction

    A scar is formed  in the natural process of wound healing, whenever the deeper layers of the skin are damaged. As the skin heals, it produces dense, poorly vascularized connective tissue. What will it look like  scar  depends to a large extent on the care of the wound and scarring tissue.

   Scars may form on  effect:  accident, acne, insect bites, scratches, burns, piercings, surgical cuts, chicken pox and vaccinations.

7. Vinegar  apple.

 

Apple cider vinegar is an effective remedy for all kinds

A METHOD OF PREPARING:

 

  1. Remove the outer green cover of the aloe vera leaf  and squeeze out the gel-like substance.

  2. Brush the scar with this gel.

  3. Massage with rounded movements.

  4. Leave the gel on the scar for half an hour and then rinse it off.

  5. Repeat this action twice a day.

PROCEDURE:

 

  1. Heat a little  olive oil with  first pressing (the oil must not be hot, or you will burn yourself).

  2. Warm  oil  brush  a scar  and  massage  I  circular   movements.

  3. Leave the oil on the scar for half an hour and then excess  wipe with a towel, for example. If you want, you can leave the oil on all night.

  4. Repeat  operation several times a day until the results are obtained.

 

You can also mix olive oil with  little  lavender.

 

  1. Brush the scar with the mixture  and massage for a few minutes. Leave the oil behind  for half an hour so she can  take effect, then rinse with lukewarm water.

  2. Repeat this several times a day until you get the results.

PROCEDURE:

 

  1. Squeeze the lemon juice and brush  scars. if  you have sensitive  skin,  you can  dilute  juice  water  rose  or  vitamin  E (oil).

Attention:

Honey poultice:

You can also use honey for peeling:  

 

  1. Blend the honey  with  crystallized  sugar in equal amounts (e.g. one tablespoon of sugar and one tablespoon of honey).

  2. Brush the area with the scar and massage it gently  for a few minutes.

  3. Wash it off  warm water, dry  surface, then apply  the lotion you usually use.

  4. Repeat this process once or twice a week.

A METHOD OF PREPARING::  

 

  1. Heat the extra-virgin coconut oil until it becomes liquid.

  2. Then brush with warm (can't be hot or you will get burned)  oil your scar and massage for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Leave the oil on the skin for another 15-20 minutes so that it penetrates more thoroughly.

  4. Repeat this process 2-4 times a day for maximum results.

PROCEDURE:

 

  1. Open a few vitamin E capsules and squeeze   of them oil  or buy vitamin E drops  .

  2. Brush the scars with oil and smoothly massage the area for 10 minutes.

  3. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.

  4. Repeat  this process several times a day.

 

Note: This oil may cause an allergic reaction, so be sure to do before use  test on a small patch of skin.

PROCEDURE:

 

Method 1

 

  1. Combine the same amounts of unfiltered apple cider vinegar and water.

  2. Soak a cotton ball in the mixture and place it over your scar. Leave it on for 5 minutes and then rinse it off with water.

  3. Repeat once a day.

 

Method 2

 

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons of unfiltered apple cider vinegar, 2/3 cups of water, and 1 teaspoon of honey.

  2. Rub this mixture on the scar and leave it for half an hour.

  3. Then rinse with warm water.

  4. Repeat once  daily.

  1. Put one tablespoon of cocoa butter (you can buy for example HERE ) on the scar and massage with circular movements.

  2. Leave it on overnight and rinse it off in the morning.

  3. Repeat this process daily until the scar becomes a scar  less visible.

  1. Dilute the oil by mixing 4 drops of tea tree oil with 2 tablespoons of boiled or spring water.

  2. Use this mixture to rinse the scar 2-3 times a day.

  1. Mix 2-3 drops of tea tree oil with 1 teaspoon of almond oil.

  2. Place it on the scar  and leave for half an hour.

  3. Then rinse with warm water.

  4. Repeat  once a day.

 

Attention:  Never use oils undiluted. Always do an allergy test before using any essential oil.

8.  Cocoa butter

 

Cocoa butter is commonly used as a moisturizer  leather

But what many people don't know is that it can heal scars too. Cocoa butter

scars.

 

PROCEDURE:

 

  1. Combine 1 teaspoon of powder sandalwood (you can buy HERE )  with the right amount of rose water or milk  in order to obtain a paste.

  2. Brush  paste the scar.

  3. Gently massage it in.

  4. Leave for 1 hour.  

  5. Then rinse  cold water.

  6. Repeat  once  daily.

SOME IMPORTANT ADVICE FOR REDUCING SCARS:

 

  1. NEVER expose the scar to the sun. This can slow down the healing process and make the scar darker and more visible.

  2. Regularly massage the scar. This will help break down the fibrous tissue that is responsible for scarring.

  3. Regularly exfoliate the area where the scar is located. This will help remove old layers of skin  and stimulate the formation of new,  which will reduce the visibility of the scar.

  4. Eat food rich in vitamins C and E. These vitamins will strengthen the skin  and they hasten its healing.
