Dry and cracked heels

how to quickly deal with the problem

   We often forget about our feet  reminding ourselves to care for this part of our body only when they start to hurt - what  often means to crack -  or when we want to set up  open shoes, and our heels are scared by thick and cracked skin.  

    Dry and cracked heels can be very painful and messy  problem. The pumice stone and the cream are sometimes not enough to feel relieved and make our feet dazzling again.  

A way to

cracked heels

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 2 tablespoons of baking soda;

  • 4-5l of warm water;

  • cream or other product for greasing / moisturizing the feet (glycerin,  coconut oil, petroleum jelly);

  • foot grater / pumice / soft peeling sponge;

  • lavender oil or any other oil you like (optional);

  • a bowl in which you will soak your feet.

 

 

A METHOD OF PREPARING:

 

  1. You can start by dry scrubbing your heels. The effect is better. Be careful not to tear it off  yourself the epidermis, and just wipe it off  calloused  part.

  2. Add baking soda to the water and mix well until dissolved. You can add  a few drops of lavender (or other) essential oil for a pleasant scent and aromatherapeutic effect.  

  3. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes.

  4. Then you can scrub again  cracked heel area with what you usually use - heel grater / pumice stone.

  5. Brush the area with a thick layer of moisturizing cream, glycerin, coconut oil or petroleum jelly.

  6. Put on socks so that the drug you rubbed on your feet - better yourself  absorb and do not soil

Depending on the condition of the heels, it can be repeated  this  operation twice a week.  If you do this procedure before going to bed, don't forget to wear socks at night.
