Crumpled feet

Wet and wrinkled feet are often the beginning of a cold. In such situations, it is worth taking advantage of a warming bath, especially in the autumn and winter period, when our feet are exposed to cold and soaking.  

Cinnamon is great at warming up.

 

Milk applied to the skin  soothes and moisturizes it.

 

Olive oil nourishes  and greases.

 

And if we combine everything and add it to the water bath, we will get a relaxing treatment for the feet we are talking about  usually  we forget.

INGREDIENTS :

 

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 cup of milk,

  • 2 tablespoons of powdered cinnamon,

  • a bowl of warm water in which we will soak our feet.

 

 

A METHOD OF PREPARING:

  1. Mix the olive oil with a glass of milk, a glass of water and two tablespoons of powdered cinnamon.

  2. Warm it up slightly and pour it into a bowl of warm water in which you will soak your feet.

  3. Soak your feet for about 10 minutes.

  4. Finally, after wiping your feet, rub the cream into them.
