If an evening or an occasion  She is unique  it cannot be missing  champagne or, in a more accessible version, wine  sparkling.  IN  Poland  most often  called  champagne,  determines  any sparkling wine that is  a big mistake. Champagne is a protected name reserved for sparkling wines produced by a specific method in  region  Champagne. These wines  characterize  a very high price.  Most often  the sparkling wines found on the market are Spanish  cava , Italian prosecco or frizzante  or french  crémant . Sparkling wines are found in  most of the wine countries - v  Germany is usually called them  sects , v  Portugal  espumante , however, do not always have a specific name  assigned  to a specific region or country.

 

Mystery  the effects of champagne lie in the properties of the brain, which releases endorphins and dopamine called happiness hormones under the influence of an effervescent drink.

Remember that sparkling wine before serving  should be chilled, however should not be spent in  refrigeration for longer than 2 to 3 hours. 

We drink champagne  chilled  to temperature  +9 degrees C, put it at  bucket of ice cubes. We serve in slender  champagne glasses, never in wide cups. We don't pour into a decanter - it's murder for champagne! The champagne will warm up and the tiny bubbles will disappear.  

 

One _  bottle  champagne (75cl) is generally enough for six people.    

A little cheat sheet on the labels on bottles of sparkling wines:

  1. brut nature  (very dry)

  2. extra brut 

  3. brut  -  This is a typical item intended for an aperitif or to be combined with  food. Usually it is slightly dry, which suits people of Fr.  different taste preferences. 

  4. extra dry,  extra sec, extra seco

  5. dry,  sec, seco - this is the semi-sweet version. IN  in the case of still wine, it means dry, but on a bottle of champagne it will indicate wine with  clear sweetness.

  6. demi sec, semi seco 

  7. doux, sweet, dulce  (sweet wine)

Remember to always serve food when serving alcoholic cocktails. Perfect for this  tapas.   Not only is food a great companion for alcohol, it also plays a role  primary  role in  its absorption.
