When you need extra energy or a quick meal, you can use the recipe below. It is healthy, nutritious and delicious.   

Almond milk -   it is very low in calories. Has much less calories than cow's milk,  despite the fact that almonds are high in calories and fat. However, due to the way almond milk is processed, only a small fraction of the almonds are present in the finished product. It is a great solution for people who want to cut calories and lose weight.

One cup (240 ml) of unsweetened almond milk contains approximately 30-50 calories, while the same amount of whole milk contains 146 calories. This means that almond milk contains 65–80% less calories.  In 100 ml it provides 24 kcal.  It contains little protein  and  fat  and  very little  carbohydrates.  Almond milk does not contain lactose, i.e. milk sugar. It is the source  vitamins D, E, as well as B2 and B12. These home-made ones do not contain vitamin. D which  in "store" milk they are added during production ( 1 ).  

Linseed  -  One tablespoon provides a good amount of protein, fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, and is also a rich source of some vitamins and minerals ( 2. ) - vitamins B1 and B6, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and lignans.  Lignans are plant compounds with antioxidant and estrogenic properties that can help lower cancer risk and improve health.

Chili  Chili peppers are rich in various vitamins and minerals but are usually eaten in small amounts  so they do not contribute significantly to the daily intake of micronutrients. They add  sharpness to taste, but at the same time turn up the metabolism  thus supporting weight loss (in combination with other healthy lifestyle strategies). Keep in mind that  chili is not for  so if you feel bad, have stomach ache and diarrhea, don't reach for those peppers.  

Hemp  they come from the same species as cannabis (marijuana) but a different variety and only contain trace amounts of THC, the psychoactive compound in marijuana.  Hemp seeds are extremely nutritious and rich in healthy fats, protein and various minerals. 
is a complete source of protein.  The protein in hemp seeds is comparable to, but does not contain, animal proteins  cholesterol and saturated fatty acids. It is better absorbed than soybean protein and does not cause  flatulence as it occurs  pairs of legumes ..  Hemp seeds are a good source of vitamin E, iron, calcium, zinc, and phosphorus  magnesium. They also contain  the ideal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids for humans.

Lime  is  rich  in vitamin C, providing over 20% of the daily requirement. They also contain small amounts of iron, calcium, vitamin B6, thiamine, potassium, and more.

 

Mango in some regions of the world is called  "king  fruits. " In fact, research links mango and its nutrients to health benefits such as better immunity, digestive health and vision, and a lower risk of certain cancers.  

 

Raspberries  they are rich  in vitamins (including C, E, B1, B2, B6) and many minerals - above all  potassium,  magnesium,  calcium and  iron .

 

Banana  It contains all the most important vitamins - A, C, E, K and those from group B. They also contain fiber and minerals - magnesium, phosphorus and calcium. However, potassium has the most.

Energy booster

INGREDIENTS:

  • 350 ml of almond milk,

  • 1 tablespoon of linseed,

  • 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds,

  • 1 cm of red chili pepper,

  • 1/2 lime, peeled,

  • a handful of mango pieces,

  • a handful of raspberries (can be frozen),

  • 1/2  banana.

PREPARATION:

  1. Wash the fruit and peel any that require it.

  2. Put in  blender in the order in the list above.

  3. Blend until smooth.
