Almond milk - it is very low in calories. Has much less calories than cow's milk, despite the fact that almonds are high in calories and fat. INGREDIENTS:
350 ml of almond milk,
1 tablespoon of linseed,
3 tablespoons of hemp seeds,
1 cm of red chili pepper,
1/2 lime, peeled,
a handful of mango pieces,
a handful of raspberries (can be frozen),
1/2 banana.
PREPARATION:
Wash the fruit and peel any that require it.
Put in blender in the order in the list above.
Blend until smooth.
