Matcha is the best tea. You can use it like coffee and prepare loads of deliciousness, from a drink - hot or cold - for cakes, cookies or other desserts. It has a beautiful intense green color and lots of nutritional and health benefits.
To prepare Matche latte:

MATCHA LATTE
INGREDIENTS:
250 ml of almond milk (or your favorite one);
1 teaspoon of matcha tea;
a pinch of grated vanilla pod;
OPTIONAL:
honey for sweetening,
cinnamon.
WAY PREPARATIONS:
Pour in milk down a pot, add the remaining ingredients and heat it over low heat.
Using a whisk (or a bamboo whisk), mix them all together ingredients best to foam on the surface of the drink.
