Thai tea

Have you ever tried Thai Iced Tea? It's like cold-made bavarian made of black tea and milk, but ... adding spices, has a unique orange color and a creamy base.
Traditionally, tea is prepared from black tea, condensed milk and crushed ice. It is sometimes seasoned with star anise, which has a sweet, licorice-like flavor and orange blossom water. Over the years, Thai iced tea recipes have been inspired by Western culture and have come into use sweeteners and even food colors to get that intense orange color that consumers expect.
The recipe below is a traditional Thai recipe for iced tea.

Thai Iced Tea
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of hot, boiled water,
½ a glass of cold water,
4 cloves, whole,
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract,
1 teaspoon of cardamom
2-star anise,
2 bags of black organic tea,
2 eco bags tea with orange flower or 1 teaspoon of orange peel,
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional)
A METHOD OF PREPARING:
In a large jug with spout for pouring, mix all "dry" ingredients and add tea bags (leaves) - in addition to cold water, coconut milk and maple syrup if you will use.
Pour over the boiling with water and wait through 8-10 minutes, while the tea is infused, a spices will convey the taste and aroma.
Then add ½ cup cold water and maple syrup and mix well.
Pour the mixture evenly into tall glasses (there should be 2) use a strainer with a small mesh to prevent the spices from falling in and fill to the brim with ice.
Make up each glass with coconut milk, toss and serve.
