Cucumber - contains min.  potassium  (136-147 mg / 100 g), which supports the work of the heart and regulates blood pressure, and  large amounts of water. Thanks to which it provides  excellent  addition  for cocktails.  

 

Celery - it is used in the treatment of hypertension (two to four stalks a day). It has a diuretic and anti-cancer effect.

Vitamin C is involved in the regulation of blood pressure and is an antioxidant supporting the proper functioning of the body, especially in people exposed to stress, smoking, drinking large amounts of alcohol, and having a lack of sleep. One orange covers the daily requirement of vitamin C. Potassium regulates blood pressure and heart rate.

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • "bunch" of celery,

  • 3.5 - 4 cm of fresh turmeric root,

  • 2.5 cm of fresh ginger root,

  • 1 cucumber,

  • 3 large carrots,

  • 1 - 2 cups of sliced pineapple,

  • 1 orange.

 

 

PROCEDURE:  

 

  1. All ingredients carefully  wash.

  2. Peel the turmeric, ginger, carrot, pineapple and orange from the skin.

  3. Cut into smaller pieces.  

  4. In sequence  put in the juicer.
