When you feel like dessert e.g. pumpkin pie, but not you have time to bake, reach for below recipe .. It tastes like a pumpkin pie only without baking. It is healthy, nutritious and delicious.
Almond milk - it is very low in calories. It has significantly fewer calories than cow's milk, despite the fact that almonds are high in calories and fat. However, due to the way almond milk is processed, only a small fraction of the almonds are present in the finished product. It is a great solution for people who want to cut calories and lose weight.
One cup (240 ml) of unsweetened almond milk contains approximately 30-50 calories, while the same amount of whole milk contains 146 calories. This means that almond milk contains 65–80% less calories. In 100 ml it provides 24 kcal. It contains little protein and fat and very little carbohydrates. Almond milk does not contain lactose, i.e. milk sugar. It is the source vitamins D, E, as well as B2 and B12. These home-made ones do not contain vitamin. D which in "store" milk they are added during production ( 1 ). You can use any other milk.
Banana, preferably frozen, It contains all the most important vitamins - A, C, E, K and those from group B. They also contain fiber and minerals - magnesium, phosphorus and calcium. However, potassium has the most. If you are not banana fan, don't be afraid! Its taste is imperceptible after mixing it with other ingredients.
Frozen bananas are best for smoothies because they add the most wonderful texture and base for a smoothie.
Pumpkin Pie Seasoning : If you don't have a store-bought pumpkin pie spice mix, you can make your own seasoning using our homemade pumpkin pie spice recipe.
Pumpkin puree: You can use any pumpkin puree in this recipe, canned or fresh.
Almond Butter : The taste of almond butter completes this smoothie perfectly! However, you can replace them with another chosen with butter peanut.

INGREDIENTS:
1 frozen banana (~ 100g),
1 cup almond milk,
1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice ,
3 tablespoons of maple syrup,
1/2 cup pumpkin purée ,
2 tablespoons of almond butter.
PREPARATION:
Add all ingredients to the blender jar.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
