Mimosa

Mimosa is another very famous and well-liked cocktail based on sparkling wine. The name  he owes  yell ago  colorful,  Similarly  how  flowers  mimosa. 

It was most likely built in 1925 at the Ritz Paris Frank Meier hotel in Paris. Mimosa

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 80-150 ml of sparkling wine;

  • 60 ml  fresh  orange juice.   

optional:

  • 7ml of liqueur  Cointreau

PREPARATION  COCKTAIL:

  1. Pour in the juice from  oranges into a glass.  

  2. Add sparkling wine slowly .

  3. You can decorate the glass  with a plaster  oranges.

Remember to keep sparkling wine and orange juice chilled.
