Boozy Bubbly Lemon French 75 Cocktail wi

The Ritz 75 comes from  straight from the Ritz Hotel Bar in Paris. This sunny, citrus variation of the classic French 75's   a great alternative to serving at brunch instead of the usual Mimosa .

 

Remember to always serve food when serving alcoholic cocktails. Perfect for this  tapas.   Not only is food a great companion for alcohol, it also plays a role  primary  role in  its absorption. 

Ritz 75

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 15 ml of Gin;

  • 15 ml fresh  lemon juice; 

  • 15 ml fresh  tangerine juice;   

  • Sugar - 1 tsp

  • Brut Champagne - 120 ml chilled.

PREPARATION  COCKTAIL:

  1. All  ingredients  (apart from  champagne)  pour in  down  shaker  and  shake vigorously.

  2. Drain into a filled glass  ice and slowly pour the champagne over it .
