Mango in some regions of the world is called  "king  fruit. " In fact, the research ( 1. ) combine mango and its nutrients with health benefits such as better immunity, digestive health and vision, and a lower risk of certain cancers.  

Coconut water -   Coconut water is rich in essential ingredients ( 2. ), such as  magnesium,  potassium,  calcium,  phosphorus  and vitamins  B1,  B2,  B3,  B5,  B6  and C, and the level of electrolytes in it is almost identical to in  human blood plasma.

Banana  preferably frozen,  It contains all the most important vitamins - A, C, E, K and those from group B. They also contain fiber and minerals - magnesium, phosphorus and calcium. However, potassium has the most. If you are not  banana fan, don't be afraid!  Its taste is imperceptible  after mixing it with other ingredients. 

Frozen bananas are best for smoothies because they add  the most wonderful texture and base for a smoothie.  

Pineapple   has long been used in alternative medicine. This fruit is rich in vitamins (e.g. C, group B, A, E, K),  microelements (including Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, Calcium) and in bromelaine, which shows  incl. anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling properties,  painkillers, anticoagulants,  exfoliating  and  slimming  ( 3 ). Bromelain is as effective as  non-steroidal  anxieties  anti-inflammatory -  how  anti-inflammatory agent -  but has been shown to have fewer side effects. Additionally, it works great in infections  upper respiratory printing, and eating fresh  pineapple or  drinking juice soothes the cough.  

Spinach -  he is rich in much  nutrients, vitamins and minerals, and beta-carotene and lutein, which are powerful antioxidants. Leaves  spinach  are rich in  vitamin C, iron,  potassium, magnesium and  folic acid, but also  vitamins A, E, B6, K. In addition, spinach is low in calories because 100 g only has  23  kcl.  

Depending on your preferences, you can add more or less spinach.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 and 1/4 cup (200 g) mango, fresh or frozen (if using fresh, about 1 large mango) 

  • 1 and 1/4 cups (200 g) of pineapple, fresh or frozen 

  • 1 frozen banana (100g) 

  • 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut water 

  • 3 and 1/3 cups (100 g - usually this is how many packages have)  baby spinach.  

PREPARATION:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender,  starting with:

    • water  coconut,

    • spinach,

    • frozen  banana, 

    • mango,

    • pineapple

  2. Mix until very smooth. 

  3. Drink it immediately for maximum nutritional value and flavor.
